A la carte brunch options – accompanying live tunes by blues artist Joey Saye – include Chicken & Waffles Sandwich, Biscuits & Gravy, The Blues Burger and more. River Roast’s regular dinner menu, featuring whole roasts, is served for evening diners from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Families treat moms to new Asian classics at Sunda’s Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet, featuring specialties like Soft Shell Crab Benedict, Tiger Shrimp Tempura, Tempura French Toast and Signature Sushi. The brunch buffet is available from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and includes a complimentary glass of Champagne for mom along with a box of chocolate truffles. Made with beef, pork and veal, this comforting recipe inspired by Cynthia’s mom warms the hearts of moms everywhere, in cupcake form.
Unite Urban Grill
Unite Urban Grill adds four special dishes for Mother’s Day including an Egg White Frittata (with house smoked salmon, dill cream cheese, chive and caper), a Crab and Avocado Benedict (with house made sourdough English muffin, and a House Smoked Hanger Steak, Egg and Cheese Sandwich (on house made sourdough English muffin). Additionally, for the kids, Unite serves Mickey Mouse Pancakes topped with Fresh Fruit and Whipped Cream. All of these specials are offered in addition to the diverse selection of regular brunch favorites, such as the Deep Fried Brioche French Toast, The Unite Omelet and the Irish Organic Salmon BLT.
