The Needle Shop

by Matt B on November 25th, 2007

Spiders? No problem. Speaking in front of large crowds? I've got it covered. Small, confined spaces? Uncomfortable, but I can handle it. But I'm a big wuss when it comes to needles. *shiver*

needle Maybe I could use the help of Rachel Epperson of The Needle Shop. This Jill-of-all-trades has been sewing for 25 years and has worked as a carpenter, decorator, and fashion designer. She can help show you that needles aren't sew scary. In fact, Rachel will help you create works of art through sewing, knitting, crochet, and upholstery. Whether you're a novice or a pro, you can enjoy the group workshops or private classes and learn new ways of expressing yourself. Group classes are sorted by level of difficulty and focus on anything from skirts to slipcovers. Heck, if you ask nicely, she'll even provide the machines and fabric!

You'll be in stitches in no time.

    Hey there!

We don’t offer crochet and knitting anymore, but we do have hand embroidery and screen printing, along with all the sewing classes and upholstery.

We also have a full blown fabric shop now. Check out our stuff online:
