DANK Haus offers Kulturküche: Dutch Baby
German Apple Pancake Cooking Class
Show your sweetheart the love this Valentine’s Day with a Dutch Baby. German American in every way, puffed apple pancakes evolved from Apfelpannkuchen and the ever so mispronounced “Deutsch.”
Topped with lemon and sugar in a heart shaped pan, you may pronounce it any way you wish – just do not stand in the way of my fork!
Join Chef Rita is breaking out the heart shaped pans for this special breakfast treat.
The nominal class fee of $22 includes the hands-on demonstration, recipes, one drink, and tasting.
Classes sell out quickly so please reserve your space promptly.
Kulturkueche – German Cooking Series is held monthly for all to learn German culinary traditions. We know your Oma made it better – that was the love.
