Interactive Pizza Tossing Class at Bar Toma

February 13 @ 7:00 pm - 11:55 pm

That’s Amore! Mix It Up This Valentine’s Day With an
Interactive Pizza Tossing Class at Bar Toma: 2/13

WHO:

Bar Toma

WHAT:

This Valentine’s Day, forget the flowers and chocolates. The real way to any lover’s heart? Pizza, of course. Guests can still book their romantic candlelit dinners for Valentine’s Day, but on Friday, February 13, Bar Toma’s talented culinary team is mixing it up by hosting an interactive pizza tossing class for couples and singles alike beginning at 7 p.m. for $50 per guest.

During the class, guests will learn how to create the restaurant’s award-winning wood-fired pizzas from dough to oven by Executive Chef Erik Freeberg, who will walk through the process step-by-step. While sipping on a selection of wine, beer and Italian-inspired cocktails, guests can choose from the restaurant’s delicious pizzas including favorites like the Pineapple Express made with smoked prosciutto, pineapple, jalapeno and fior di latte mozzarellas, the Avec made with Pinn-Oak lamb sausage, pancetta, dates, goat cheese and spicy tomato sauce, and the Smoke & Cure made with Vermont pepperoni, tomato sauce, smoked garlic and fior di latte mozzarella. After the class, guests will be able cozy up and enjoy their creations and drinks together, setting the mood for a romantic (and delicious) Valentine’s Day weekend.
