The Chicago Traveler

Just a few short blocks from my apartment is a major intersection that involves a little more traffic than most street crossings. There are 6 lanes of north- and southbound traffic, plus four turn lanes, and then four lanes traveling east and west, complete with a time-restricted left turn signal. This intersection is tricky enough, so it only makes things worse when someone rudely and dangerously runs through a red light.

The folks here at b5media are generally a friendly, cheery bunch, but on occasion even we need to blow off some steam. So this month, we’re taking the opportunity to rant about the things that frustrate or annoy us.
Now, I love Chicago and just about everything about it. I was born and raised here, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. So what could I possibly have to complain about?
