In celebration of Earth Day this April, Lottie’s will offer $4 Green Line drafts. Green Line Pale Ale was first introduced in 2010 and was created to have a low environmental impact from the start of the brewing process to the time it’s poured in a pint glass. This Chicagoland-only beer is distributed in draft only to help cut down on packaging waste and reduce the impact from refrigerating and transporting beer over long distances. The sought-after beer is known around town for its pleasant, crisp taste and aroma, along with its honey color.

$5 to $9 specials
For every guest who orders MAK’s signature Chicken Wangs or Falafel with wing sauce ($5 small / $9 large) on Earth Day, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Rebuilding Exchange. MAK uses several ingredients that are locally sourced and organic, and meats that are naturally raised, and hormone and steroid free. As an added bonus, MAK’s Wangs are Buy-One-Get-One Free on Wednesdays.
The mission of the Rebuilding Exchange is to create a market for reclaimed building materials. They do this by diverting materials from landfills and making them accessible for reuse through their retail warehouse, by promoting sustainable deconstruction practices, by providing education and job training programs, and by creating innovative models for sustainable reuse.
