Snob Hounds

From the beach party to a formal dinner, you have the perfect outfit for every occasion. But what about your pooch? Snob Hounds wants to make sure your dog doesn’t get left behind in the fashion dust.

Snob Hounds provides pets with a performance clothing and accessory line, which includes overcoats, raincoats, fleece pajamas, and Lycra sweatshirts. Don’t confuse these outfits with cutesy costumes. These pieces are meant to be real lifestyle wear. Laura Dion-Jones Casey, partner and designer, assures her customers that functionality comes first in her products, then cutting-edge style. “Highly-styled form certainly follows function, where I’m concerned,” she says. “Think Nike meets Donna Karan—but for canines.”

Barbara Karant (Snob Hounds partner) and Laura Casey own two adopted Italian greyhounds and three retired racing greyhounds. A portion of their sales is donated to support canine rescue groups.
